Scriptures to Memorize on the Coming of the Kingdom of God

July 2022

Signs before the Glorious Return of Jesus, the Abomination of Desolation, the Great Tribulation, Jesus Returns, the Elects are taken to Heaven

Mat 24:3-35 And as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Your coming, and of the end the world?

4 And Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

5 For many will come in My name, saying, I am Christ, and will deceive many.

6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled, for all these things must occur; but the end is not yet.

7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in different places.

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9 Then they will deliver you up to be afflicted and will kill you. And you will be hated of all nations for My name's sake.

10 And then many will be offended, and will betray one another, and will hate one another.

11 And many false prophets will rise and deceive many.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many will become cold.

13 But he who endures to the end, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be proclaimed in all the world as a witness to all nations. And then the end shall come.

15 Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (whoever reads, let him understand).

16 Then let those in Judea flee into the mountains.

17 Let him on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house;

18 nor let him in the field turn back to take his clothes.

19 And woe to those who are with child, and to those who give suck in those days!

20 But pray that your flight is not in the winter, nor on the sabbath day;

21 for then shall be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world to this time; no, nor ever shall be.

22 And unless those days should be shortened, no flesh would be saved. But for the elect's sake, those days shall be shortened.

23 Then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ! Or, There! Do not believe it.

24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders; so much so that, if it were possible, they would deceive even the elect.

25 Behold, I have told you beforehand.

26 Therefore if they shall say to you, Behold, He is in the desert! Do not go out. Behold, He is in the secret rooms! Do not believe it.

27 For as the lightning comes out of the east and shines even to the west, so also will be the coming of the Son of Man.

28 For wherever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

29 And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

30 And then the sign of the Son of Man shall appear in the heavens. And then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of the heaven with power and great glory.

31 And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree. When its branch is still tender and puts out leaves, you know that summer is near.

33 So you, likewise, when you see all these things, shall know that it is near, at the doors.

34 Truly I say to you, This generation shall not pass until all these things are fulfilled.

35 The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but My Words shall not pass away. (33 verses)

Don’t be deceived, first the “Falling Away” (the Apostasy), the Man of Sin, then Our Gathering together with Jesus

2 Thessalonians 2

1 Now we beseech you, my brothers, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him,

2 that you should not be soon shaken in mind or troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word or letter, as through us, as if the Day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let not anyone deceive you by any means. For that Day shall not come unless there first comes a falling away, and the man of sin shall be revealed, the son of perdition,

4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, setting himself forth, that he is God.

5 Do you not remember that I told you these things when I was still with you?

6 And now you know what holds back, for him to be revealed in his own time.

7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already working, only he is now holding back until it comes out of the midst.

8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the breath of His mouth and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming,

9 whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 and with all deceit of unrighteousness in those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, so that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie,

12 so that all those who do not believe the truth, but delight in unrighteousness, might be condemned.

13 But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brothers beloved of the Lord, because God has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth,

14 to which He called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

15 Therefore, my brothers, stand fast and hold the teachings which you have been taught, whether by word or by our letter.

16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God, even our Father, who has loved us and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

17 comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work. (17 verses)

At the Return of Jesus, the Resurrection of the Saints, the Gathering of the Resurrected & those Christians that remained are all caught up together up to meet the Lord in the Air.

1 Thessalonians 4

13 But I would not have you ignorant, brothers, concerning those who are asleep, that you be not grieved, even as others who have no hope.

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will also bring with Him all those who have fallen asleep through Jesus.

15 For we say this to you by the Word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord shall not go before those who are asleep.

16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ shall rise first.

17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. And so we shall ever be with the Lord.

18 Therefore comfort one another with these words. (5 verses)

The Resurrection, the Change from corruptible bodies to Incorruptible Bodies of those Christians still alive at the Return of Jesus, at the Last Trumpet

1Corinthians 15:51-58

51 Behold, I speak a mystery to you; we shall not all fall asleep, but we shall all be changed;

52 in a moment, in a glance of an eye, at the last trumpet. For a trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall all be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 But when this corruptible shall put on incorruption, and when this mortal shall put on immortality, then will take place the word that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?"

56 The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the Law.

57 But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 So that, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not without fruit in the Lord. (8 verses)

We shall be like Jesus

1 John 3:2-3

2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be. But we know that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

3 And everyone who has this hope on him purifies himself, even as that One is pure.

Jesus shall come to be glorified in His saints and to be admired in all those who believe

2 Thessalonians 1:6-12

6 since it is a righteous thing with God to repay tribulation to those who trouble you,

7 and to give rest with us to you who are troubled, at the revealing of the Lord Jesus from Heaven with the angels of His power,

8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God and who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ,

9 who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

10 when He shall come to be glorified in His saints and to be admired in all those who believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that Day.

11 Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of the calling and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power,

12 that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

As in the days of Noah and Lot

Luke 17

26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so it also shall be in the days of the Son of Man.

27 They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark; and the flood came and destroyed them all.

28 So also as it was in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;

29 but the day Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from the heaven and destroyed them all.

30 Even so it shall be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed. (5 verses)

The kingdoms of the World, the raising up of the Last World Empire, the Beast, the False Prophet, the 666 Mark

Revelation 13

1 And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns. And on its horns were ten crowns, and on its heads was the name of blasphemy.

2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and its feet like those of a bear, and its mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him its power and its seat and great authority.

3 And I saw one of its heads as having been slain to death, and its deadly wound was healed. And all the earth marveled after the beast.

4 And they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast, saying: Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with it?

5 And a mouth speaking great things was given to it, and blasphemies. And authority was given to it to continue forty-two months.

6 And it opened its mouth in blasphemy toward God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, and those dwelling in Heaven.

7 And it was given to it to war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given to it over every tribe, people and tongue and nation.

8 And all dwelling on the earth will worship it, those whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain, from the foundation of the world.

9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear.

10 He who leads into captivity will go into captivity. If anyone will kill with the sword, he must be killed by a sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

11 And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth. And it had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke like a dragon.

12 And it exercises all the authority of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and those dwelling in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 And it does great wonders, so that it makes fire come down from the heaven onto the earth in the sight of men.

14 And it deceives those dwelling on the earth, because of the miracles which were given to it to do before the beast, saying to those dwelling on the earth that they should make an image to the beast who had the wound by a sword and lived.

15 And there was given to it to give a spirit to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might both speak, and might cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

16 And it causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark on their right hand, or in their foreheads,

17 even that not any might buy or sell except those having the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of its name.

18 Here is the wisdom. Let him having understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. And its number is six hundred and sixty-six. (18 verses)

The Wedding of the Lamb

Revelation 19

Rev 19:7-9 Let us be glad and rejoice and we will give glory to Him. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has prepared herself.

8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white. For the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints.

9 And he said to me, Write, Blessed are those who have been called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true sayings of God.

The Battle of Armageddon & End of the Wrath of God

Rev 19:11-21 And I saw Heaven opened. And behold a white horse! And He sitting on him was called Faithful and True. And in righteousness He judges and makes war.

12 And His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head many crowns. And He had a name written, one that no one knew except Himself.

13 And He had been clothed in a garment dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies in Heaven followed Him on white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, so that with it He should strike the nations. And He will shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the winepress of the wine of the anger and of the wrath of Almighty God.

16 And He has on His garment, and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

17 And I saw one angel standing in the sun. And he cried with a great voice, saying to all the birds that fly in mid-heaven, Come and gather together to the supper of the great God,

18 so that you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of commanders, and the flesh of strong ones, and the flesh of horses, and those sitting on them, and the flesh of all, both free and slave, both small and great.

19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth and their armies, being gathered to make war against Him who sat on the horse, and against His army.

20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet doing signs before it, (by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast), and those who had worshiped his image. The two were thrown alive into the Lake of Fire burning with brimstone.

21 And the rest were slain by the sword of Him who sat on the horse, it proceeding out of His mouth. And all the birds were filled from their flesh.

Satan is bound, God’s Elect enjoy the First Resurrection and Reign with Christ for a Thousand Years.

Revelation 20

1 And I saw an angel come down from Heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.

2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.

3 And he cast him into the abyss and shut him up and set a seal on him, that he should deceive the nations no more until the thousand years should be fulfilled. And after that he must be loosed a little time.

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast nor his image, nor had received his mark on their foreheads, nor in their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

5 But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. The second death has no authority over these, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with Him a thousand years. (6 verses)

God’s Kingdom is set up

Daniel 2:44

44 “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, nor will its sovereignty be left to another people; but it will break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it will stand forever.

Jesus, the Son of Man goes to the Father, comes is the Clouds of Heaven & receives all the kingdoms of the World. Characteristics of the Last World Empire, the Ten Kings, the Saints of God receive the Kingdom with Jesus.

Daniel 7:13-14

13 I saw in the night visions, and behold, One like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought Him near before Him. 14 And dominion and glory was given Him, and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations and languages, should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

Daniel 7:23-27

23 And he said: The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all kingdoms and shall devour the whole earth, and shall trample it and crush it.

24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise. And another shall arise after them. And he shall be different from the first, and he shall humble three kings.

25 And he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and plot to change times and laws. And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and one-half time.

26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his rulership, to cut off and to destroy until the end.

27 And the kingdom and rulership, and the greatness of the kingdom under all the heavens, shall be given to the people of the Saints of the Most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. And all kingdoms shall serve and obey Him.

More on the Antichrist, the Fierce King, Characteristics of his Kingdom, Duration of his Rule, His Final Destruction.

Daniel 8:9-14, 23-25

9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which became very great, toward the south and toward the east and toward the bountiful land.

10 And it became great, even to the host of heaven. And it made fall some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and trampled them.

11 Yea, he magnified himself, even to the ruler of the host, and the daily sacrifice was taken away by him, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.

12 And an army was given to him with the daily sacrifice because of transgression, and it cast the truth to the ground. And it worked and succeeded.

13 Then I heard a certain holy one speaking, and another holy one said to that one who spoke, Until when shall the vision last, concerning the daily sacrifice and the transgression that astounds, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trampled?

14 And he said to me, For two thousand, three hundred evenings and mornings. Then the sanctuary shall be vindicated.

23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors have come to the full, a king, fierce of face, and skilled at intrigues, shall stand up.

24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power. And he shall destroy marvelously, and shall prosper and work, and destroy the mighty and the holy people.

25 And also through his understanding, he shall cause deceit to succeed in his hand. And he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many. He also shall stand up against the Ruler of rulers. But he shall be broken without a hand.

Daniel 9:24-27

24 Seventy weeks are decreed as to your people and as to your holy city, to finish the transgression and to make an end of sins, and to make atonement for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy.

25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going out of the command to restore and to build Jerusalem, to Messiah the Prince, shall be seven weeks, and sixty-two weeks. The street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troubled times.

26 And after sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself. And the people of the ruler who shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. And the end of it shall be with the flood, and ruins are determined, until the end shall be war.

27 And he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week. And in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the offering to cease, and on a corner of the altar desolating abominations, even until the end. And that which was decreed shall be poured on the desolator.

Daniel 11:31-36

31 And forces will stand from him, and they will profane the sanctuary, the fortress, and shall remove the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the desolating abomination.

32 And he will ruin by flattery those who do evil against the covenant. But the people who know their God will be strong and will work.

33 And those who are wise among the among the people shall teach many; yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by exile, and spoil, for days.

34 And when they stumble, they shall be helped with a little help, but many will join them, with hypocrisy.

35 And many of those who understand shall stumble, to refine and purge them, and to make white, to the time of the end. Because it is still for the appointed time.

36 And the king shall do according to his will. And he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper until the fury is fulfilled. For that which is decreed shall be done.

Daniel 12

1 And at that time Michael shall stand up, the great prince who stands for the sons of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation; until that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

3 And those who are wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness shall shine as the stars forever and ever.

4 But you, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. 5 Then I Daniel looked, and behold, there stood another two, the one on this side, and the one on that side of the bank of the river.

6 And one said to the man clothed in linen on the waters of the river: Until when shall be the end of these wonder?

7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was on the waters of the river, when he held up his right and his left hand to Heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half. And when they have made an end of scattering the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. 8 And I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said, O my lord, what shall be the end of these things? 9 And He said, Go, Daniel! For the words are closed up and sealed until the end-time. 10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried. But the wicked shall do wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. 11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the desolating abomination set up, a thousand two hundred and ninety days shall occur.

12 Blessed is he who waits and comes to the thousand three hundred and thirty-five days. 13 But you go on to the end, for you shall rest and stand in your lot at the end of the days.
